2017 Super Bowl 51 Tickets Available
February 7, 2016 will be the BIG day for National Football League fans and TicketCharge.com has the best Super Bowl 50 tickets available. Super Bowl 50 will see the match-up of the two toughest teams in the NFL – the AFC champions vs. the NFC champions. This year the Super Bowl contest will take place at the home field of the San Francisco 49ers Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Ca. California in February is mild and usually sunny, which makes this year’s Super Bowl tickets a great family vacation too!
AFC Champion: New England Patriots
The Patriots are 9-0 and seem to be playing their best football of the season. The problem the Patriots pose for opponents is that they can beat teams a number of ways, whether it be with Tom Brady throwing 50 times or relying on LeGarrette Blount like they did to beat the Colts. Brady leads the NFL in passing yards with 3,043 and has thrown 24 TDs to just 3 INTs. Rob Gronkowski has 806 receiving yards and 8 TDs and is a nightmare matchup for anyone. Julian Edelman has 692 yards and 7 TDs and is extremely quick and versatile, and tough to stop. The defense gets after the QB as they are 2nd in the NFL with 30 sacks and create turnovers with a plus 6 differential. The Patriots are rolling and continue to find ways to win, so if they can stay healthy they could very well be in the Super Bowl once again.
NFC Champion: Carolina Panthers
The NFC is always a dog fight, especially in the playoffs. There are just so many extremely talented teams in that conference, but right now it's hard to argue that they are playing better than Carolina. Cam Newton is playing like an MVP candidate with 2,037 yards and 15 TDs along with 366 rushing yards and 6 TDs. He has led Carolina to an 9-0 record and has been helped by a strong running game and great defense. Jonathan Stewart has 662 yards and 4 TDs and the defense is 12th in total defense and is tied for 6th in sacks with 26. Greg Olsen is a threat on 3rd downs and in the red-zone and has become Newton's go to guy. The Panthers look poised for a run in the competitive NFC playoffs in 2015.
Super Bowl Game Analysis
This would be one of the best Super Bowl matchups in terms of scheme and personnel. They are both built similarly with diversity and playmakers on offense as well as opportunistic defenses. The Panthers would probably shut down Blount with Luke Kuechly and their dominant front seven but would have trouble matching up with Gronkowski and Edelman. The Patriots would have to find a way to bring down Newton and his 6 foot 5 inch, 245 pound frame. He often extends plays with his legs and that would cause problems for a New England secondary that has trouble in coverage. Overall, this would be a great game to watch and would probably come down to the wire.
